Five Nations Fencing Tournament

Teams from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland will be competing. Each team consists of three competitors plus substitute in six Weapons; Men’s Foil, Epee and Sabre, and Women’s Foil, Epee and Sabre.

Traditionally Scotland and England have been the strongest overall teams. However, with Siobhan Byrne on our Women’s Sabre team, we have great hopes for success in at least that weapon where we came 2nd last year.

The event will commence at 8.30am on Saturday 31st March in DCU and will go on all day until about 5.30pm and will be covered by both OB Sport and Setanta.
